All orders of custom-made products will ship within 4 to 8 weeks upon Dream Drapes’ receipt of the signed order confirmation from you, the customer. Any ready-made products, including items from the outlet section, will ship within one business day of placing your order. All orders will ship from Avon, CT. Most orders will arrive between 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment if shipping to the East Coast, and will arrive typically between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment if shipping to the West Coast. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
All fabric swatches and samples are typically shipped within 24 hours of placing your order and will be sent via US Postal Service. No shipping is charged for swatch orders.
Shipments are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. The majority of shipments are shipped via UPS. Signatures are required for all shipments sent via UPS. It is in Dream Drapes sole discretion as to which carrier is used in any instance.
For any custom window treatment order shipping to the contiguous 48 states that totals under $1,200, a flat shipping rate of $24.95 will be charged for ground delivery. All orders $1,200 and over receive free shipping to any of the contiguous states. For any order shipping overseas, to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, additional shipping charges may apply. A customer service representative will contact you in such cases.
What are the shipping delivery options available for my order?
Most custom orders can only be shipped via UPS Ground delivery. If you are interested in receiving a quote for expedited shipping for any of our ready-made products, please give us a call. Additional charges will apply for any items shipped using expedited delivery methods.
What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
If your order is broken or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) or, at a minimum, notate such damage on the delivery slip and call Customer Service at 1-888-871-3475 for any additional steps. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging, and pictures might be required.
