they cannot be changed, cancelled or returned for any reason
other than warranty
repair once the order has been placed. |

We offer a limited
warranty on all custom draperies that applies to the
original customer/installation
with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials
or workmanship. In the
un-likely event that warranty service is needed, simply call
customer service and
we will arrange for a repair or
replacement as soon as
possible. |

you charge sales tax? |

do not charge sales tax outside of Georgia. For orders
shipped inside of
Georgia, we charge a 7% sales tax. |

For custom orders, our lead times are typically 3-4 weeks
once your order is
processed. In the event that a silk selection is on
back-order, we will contact
you with the estimated delivery time. We strive to complete
and ship all orders
