Although we can not offer refunds for custom made draperies or shades, in the event of a defect, we will repair or replace your draperies. |

Because we begin working on your custom drapery order immediately, we can only allow cancellations if your fabric selection has not been cut by our workroom. |

How quickly will my order ship? |

We strive to complete all custom orders as quickly as possible. Our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks once your order is processed. In the event that a fabric selection is on back-order, we will contact you with the estimated delivery time.

Once you know how wide and long your draperies need to be, simply order directly from our site. If you prefer to place your order with a drapery designer, simply call us and we'll be happy to take your order over the telephone. We'll also be happy to offer complimentary design assistance should you need it.

How are my draperies packaged and shipped? |

We take great care when preparing your draperies for delivery. Each drape is carefully folded in a way that minimizes wrinkling as much as possible. For shipping, we use Federal Express Ground and require a direct signature upon delivery.
